I attended a party thrown by Target and Opening Ceremony (at the Ace Hotel) last night celebrating the five-year anniversary of GO International, and launch of the GO International Designer Collective.
The event allowed guests to do a little private shopping from the exclusive GO International collection before it hits stores and Target.com on March 13. The GO International Designer Collective includes 34 dresses, all of which priced at less than $45.
And I know I’m a guy, but for the price, the dresses I saw were insanely good buys and I can see why women love them so much.
It was great to see some fellow bloggers at the GO International event; some of which included What I Wore (great new haircut and very nice), Social Vixen (tons of fun), Tres Chic Style (Very nice and introduced me to lots of knew people), Manrepeller (She repelled, so we didn’t speak) and I Spy DIY (Don’t think she likes talking to guys).
All and all, Target put on a fantastic event that included various performances, shopping, food and tons of great music!
For our female readers, you’re going to want to pick up some of the GO International dresses (this is not a sponsored post), they’re very nice and have a lot color options that you’ll enjoy wearing during spring/summer. Someone dared me to try on one of the dresses, but I think I’ll draw the line at trying on women’s jeans.
Here are some additional shots from the event. My apologies for some of the photos being blurry. They’re a mixture of digital camera shots and iPhone shots; I’m working on getting an SLR…
A big thanks to the folks at Target for allowing me to attend the GO International event.
