“Peeps from the Streets” is Fashables street style photography post that is published two to three times per week.
Street style photography can be done in a number of ways, but we have our own unique take on things. Sure we could only seek out the “beautiful” people seen on other sites, but that doesn’t bring much reality to the situation.
The shots you will see in our posts are going to be of everyday people out and about doing whatever it is they do. Yes, most of them will be stylish. Yes, we might snap a model or two. But regardless, you’ll mostly see action shots so if you see a random model, or someone along those lines, it’s simply because their fashion stood out and we caught them in the moment.

Fashables street style photography posts are not shot by a professional, and the concept was almost accidental. Ryan, the photographer, isn’t a pro and started shooting on a whim one day while in SoHo. Those shots were shared on the blog and people really seemed to enjoy seeing the fashion photos and New York City. From there, one street style posts went up each week. Then there were two posts. And now, some weeks have as many as three street style photography posts per week.

One disclaimer about the shots is that Ryan doesn’t try to get the “perfect” shot. He could literally be walking down the sidewalk and suddenly notice a stylish person walking towards him or crossing the street, only allowing a couple seconds to get the shot off. They turn out pretty good most of the time, but don’t hate us if you come across something less than perfect.
