I think I had a case of Fashion Week withdrawal yesterday. Why? Because the event makes shooting street style so darn easy. People dress up, many of which expect to have their photo taken at some point. It’s a win/win.
But the normal street style method of pounding the pavement searching for something great to appear out of a crowd really is a hustle. My outing yesterday was about 5 clicks to the left of exciting, but I managed to get some good shots, and the day was eventually saved by a certain PR girl.
Enjoy the shots!
If you’re on Twitter you probably know her as @OscarPRGirl. It’s truly amazing how many times we’ve crossed paths on this particular unnamed street.
Those are some interesting tights.
One order of two colored jeans and a side of leopard print on the side.
Someone really should start a blog titled, “shoes people wear while biking in NYC.” I could supply hundreds of photos.
He almost has this early 2,000′s Brad Pitt thing going on. And guys, take not of the pant roll; they are rolled just enough to show off the shoes. That’s how it should be done.
I’d look like an idiot wearing this, but he manages to pull it off quite well.
Green dress + purple shoes + yellow bag + natural light = a shot I like a lot.
