Welcome to the first edition of Peeps from the Streets, our street style photography post, for February!

The one great thing about colder weather is that it forces people (most of the time) to wear more simplistic outfits, but to also wear one staple item that becomes the foal point.

And if New Yorkers know how to do one thing, they sure know how to wear items that stand out, and  you’ll see some of that on display in today’s post.

Enjoy the shots!

And I thought it was worth a second look.

The red coat seems to bring this home for her.

What stands out the most to you?

A little fur. And a little flower child headband. All we’re missing is a smile!

The paparazzi are stalking Fashables!

Layered jean jacket and leather jacket.

Do you see the tattoo appearing just above the top of his shirt?

Random NYC bike photo. Pretty funky looking huh?
