Bold and brights are becoming more and more plentiful as stores continue to roll out their full spring and summer lines.
If you’re like me, you LOVE it. There’s nothing like adding new statement pieces to a wardrobe and luckily this season we get to add a handful.
Another trend I keep seeing is lacy frocks, shorts, blazers and dresses. There’s something so eye catching about pairing such a delicate material with bold colors like lime green, bright blue, tangerine, etc.
When I walked into Urban Outfitters yesterday my eyes lingered as I walked past a rack of colorful dresses. I immediately approached the rack to see what wonders I had stumbled upon. There was green and blue and purple and peach and tangerine… so many choices. By process of elimination I hit the fitting room with tangerine and bright blue.
The dress was a bit short, but absolutely a hit on. It can easily be paired with tights until the sun stays and when it comes, everyone is allowed to show a little leg. (What have we been going to the gym for all winter?!)
