My first experience with Ted Baker happened a while back when I tried on one of their Peacoats – see that post here.
While at Bloomingdale’s last week I decided to revisit the brand and put together a more colorful outfit.
I did just that, but I also managed to successfully take blurry photos. How that happened I have no idea. Hopefully that was just a glitch… or a mind lapse on my part!
I’m really enjoying various colors of pants right now and given that today is Valentine’s Day, these red pants seemed appropriate for this post.
I’m wearing the Ted Baker Classic Fit Casual Chino in this post – a size 32R. The length allows for various styling methods, but I might like for them to fit a bit looser up top. Let’s just say, they were a bit tight. I didn’t put on a 34 because: a) that is a killer mentally and b) I was being lazy, but you’ll probably want to go up a size.
The shirt is known as the Ted Baker Bright Oxford Stripe, and it could be worn with a number of pant options.
It has a good mix of blue’s and reds which is a nice introduction to wearing color if it’s not something you do all that often.
The sizing is done in a number system and I have on a 3 in this photo, but now know that a 4 is a better fit for me.
In the end, I ended up with, blurry photos (not bitter at all), and a fun outfit. And no, let’s not discount this photo of me acting like a dork, alone, in a dressing room. Completely normal, right?
Stop by Bloomingdale’s to pick up both of these items.
