A Little Contrast with Ben Sherman

Have you ever looked in your closet and had the sudden realization that everything is starting to look the same?

I do that on occasion due to how I navigate to the color blue, but it also recently happened because of an abundance of plaid shirts.

With that said, I went out on a mini-mission to find some shirts that weren’t plaid.

Luckily, I quickly found two options from Ben Sherman, the first of which I’ll highlight today.

This is the Gingham Factory: Contrast Collar Gingham Shirt from Ben Sherman. As you can see, it’s a red/white checkered long sleeve button down with a blue/white checkered top.

I’ve actually been overly drawn to shirts with different colored collars, but this one worked for me; likely because of the two main colors used.

For show, I’ve flipped the sleeves up just a bit to show you the blue underneath, but they can be styled so much better.

One thing I’m not doing at the moment is purchasing any long sleeve shirts that are heavy, or will make me insanely hot. This Ben Sherman option is lightweight and could easily be warn in warmer temperatures.

The shirt retails (sorry, going from memory) for $138 or so, which doesn’t make it the cheapest purchase, but Ben Sherman makes quality clothing and I think you’ll be happy with the purchase.

If I can find the shirt online I’ll update this post with a purchase link.
